Wakko also plays Little League Baseball, but is in a division where the kids are 3-6 years old. They play "coach pitch" where the coach pitches the first 6 tries at bat, then if they haven't yet hit the ball, the kids get a shot with the "tee". Wakko is the only six-year-old on his team; his powerful arm has had to learn control (so he doesn't hit the other kids too hard with the ball). This has been a great lesson for Wakko to learn.
Wakko loves baseball, and gets into each game--he takes it so seriously! He's scored lots of points for his team, and it doesn't matter to him that no one keeps score. That'll come next year. Meanwhile, he's having a blast playing ball! He plays short stop, and got a try at being catcher. I really think Wakko will be on a team next year...
