Everything But The Kitchen Sink

My mom is a wonderful baker. She used to make cookies often: sugar cookies, chocolate chip, peanut butter, the works! One of my all-time favorites were her "Kitchen Sink Cookies". She named them this since they had "everything but the kitchen sink" in them. They are so yummy!
Although the name's a bit crazy, they are a super soft pillow of yumminess, and worth the time to make them.

Kitchen Sink Cookies
Cream together:
1 cup stick margerine
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg

Add:
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 3/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups oatmeal

Mix In:
1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
or 2 cups raisins, coconut, chopped nuts

Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes on sprayed cookie sheet. Enjoy!
