Aunt Melissa and Uncle Nate gave Dot a super cool birthday gift: three tickets to see "Utahoma" at the Off Broadway Theater! She was really excited about this, and anticipation for it's arrival dominated most conversations. She decided to invite me (she needed a ride) and her best friend from "Seussical", Izzy. Aunt Kim tended Yakko, Wakko, and Peanut (thanks a million!!) since my honey had school. The cast of "Oklahoma" was there for their cast party, so it was also fun to run into my friends Mandee and Lacie. What a night!
The play was HILARIOUS!!!!!! Since we were celebrating Dot's birthday, she also got the added bonus of being sung to on stage! My favorite parts of the night included: "The Utes and The Cougars Should Be Friends", listening to Dot and her friends (another dear friend, Sarah, joined us there!) laugh at all the jokes, pictures in the lobby, and watching the tiny kids in the show master the dance moves. I think Dot will be posting more about this fun night on her blog...
Thanks again for the tickets! It was a fabulous and fun gift!

Oh how fun! Nate and Missy are just so neato that way! I'm so happy to see that Dot had as much fun as she did.
YEAH!!! I am glad Dot had so much fun and got to take friends (and mom). Wish i could have tagged along. Happy Birthday!
